Booking Guidelines

Please read before booking an appointment

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

To secure your appointment, a $25 deposit is required, payable via Cash App.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

If you need to reschedule, please click the reschedule link in your confirmation email or send me a

direct message at least 24 hours in advance. You can only reschedule once.

Same-day appointments or squeeze-ins are available with a $50 fee.

For these appointments, kindly contact us directly.

LATE POLICY

Kindly arrive on time. We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee will apply.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.

REFUNDS

All services provided are considered final sale.

Refunds will not be issued once a client has left the salon, regardless of dissatisfaction.

If you have any concerns about your service, it is your responsibility to address them prior to leaving the salon chair. I am committed to client satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concerns during your appointment.

We only accept the following hair for quickweave services:

100% Human Hair

Other hair types or brands will not be accepted to ensure the best results.

Braiding Services

We only accept these braiding hair brands:

Ez Braid

Expressions

Freetress Braid

Wig Services

All wigs must be dropped off 24–48 hours before your appointment.

Only transparent lace or HD lace wigs are accepted

No Shein wigs will be accepted.

If you are using a previously worn (used) wig, it must be inspected in advance to ensure it is suitable for proper installation.
